Welcome to the Bending Branch Ranch Gala and Event Venue Space page. Are you looking for a place to have a formal event or a corporate Christmas party? Our country setting at Bending Branch Ranch offers unique, options for your celebration including: Festive Holiday Party Rental, Corporate Event Rental and Business Functions Servicing Deland, Port Orange, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, New Smyrna Beach, and Central Florida. 

Included with your rental :

• Full event manager

• Full access to our property - 1-hour rehearsal prior to event.

• (5) 8 x 3 wooden farmhouse tables (seats 8-10 guests per table) and/or a mix of rounds

• up to 210 Classic Chiavari chairs

• All buffet tables, gift tables, and sweetheart table

• Gorgeous market lights softly illuminating our backyard gathering spaces.

• Centerpieces and decorations for all tables

• Seasonal venue decorations

• Up to 400 sq. ft dance floor 

• Multiple photo prop areas outside, including a 1951 Ford F100, vintage 1959 fully restored Dodge truck, horse stables, operational water wheel and waterfall, antique props, and more.

Package Pricing

PAYMENT TERMS - A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 1/3 of the total is required at the time of booking to secure your date (you are encouraged to get cancellation insurance to protect yourself). The next 1/3 is required 120 days prior to the event and then the remaining 1/3 must be paid 30 days from the date of the event.
