Our country setting at Bending Branch Ranch offers unique, options for your celebration including: Festive Holiday Party Rental, Corporate Event Rental and Business Functions Servicing Deland, Port Orange, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, New Smyrna Beach, and Central Florida.
Included with your rental :
Month of Coordinator that will work with you from the booking of your event. We will create a day of timeline, manage all vendors, decorate, provide direction, and manage clean-up.

Event Capacity- 210 guest Indoor maximum, 300 Indoor/Outdoor maximum. Rental fees are based on a six hour event. Inquire about Event Insurance.
PAYMENT TERMS - A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 1/3 of the total is required at the time of booking to secure your date (you are encouraged to get cancellation insurance to protect yourself). The next 1/3 is required 120 days prior to the event and then the remaining 1/3 must be paid 30 days from the date of the event.
