Wedding Event Pricing

Wedding event pricing is based on an eight-hour event, including ceremony.  It also includes the list of items on our Weddings page that you can find here.

2022 & 2023 Weddings - Friday, Saturday & Sunday - pricing starts at $8,000

2022 & 2023 Weddings - Monday to Thursday, pricing starts at $6,900

Bending Branch Wedding Bundle

Includes Venue, Coordinator, 6 hrs of DJ, 6hrs of photography and up to 5 hours of bar service

 

2022 Bundle Pricing $10,000

Pricing is based on a guest count of up to 150, including the bridal party. 

An additional $10 is charged for each guest up to 200

 

2023 & 2024 Bundle Pricing $11,000

Pricing is based on a guest count of up to 150, including the bridal party. 

An additional $10 is charged for each guest up to 200

PAYMENT TERMS

We encourage all our clients to obtain event and cancellation insurance to protect themselves. 

A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 1/3 of the total is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The next 1/3 is required 120 days prior to the event date, and the remaining 1/3 is required to be paid 30 days prior to the event date. 

EVENT INSURANCE 

We do not have a policy for you to purchase, but event insurance is strongly recommended.

Corporate & Private Events Pricing

Corporate events and personal celebrations are typically determined on a per-event basis, based on a 6 hour event, and pricing includes the list of items on our Events page that you can find here.
