Packages & Pricing
Our wedding event pricing is designed around an six-hour event, which covers your ceremony as well. You can find a comprehensive list of items included and packages offered in our Pricing Guide, located here. Please note that our pricing is based on a guest count of up to 150, inclusive of the bridal party. Any guest count exceeding 150 will incur an additional charge of $500. Payment Terms & Insurance
We encourage all our clients to obtain event and cancellation insurance to protect themselves.
A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 1/3 of the total is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The next 1/3 is required 120 days prior to the event date, and the remaining 1/3 is required to be paid 30 days prior to the event date.

We do not have a policy for you to purchase, but event insurance is strongly recommended.

Bending Branch Wedding Bundle: $12,000
This bundle encompasses the venue, coordinator services, 6 hours of DJ entertainment, 6 hours of photography, & up to 4 hours of bar service.

Corporate & Private Events Pacakges
Corporate events and personal celebrations are typically determined on a per-event basis, based on a 6-hour event, and pricing includes the list of items in our Barn Inclusions that you can find here.
Private Photo Shoot
Whether it's an engagement, holiday, or family photo, there are many options for beautiful photography at Bending Branch Ranch. Starting at $100 you can book the Ranch for your memorable photoshoot and be confident of the gorgeous outcome so many others have found.
